"The hell with it … even though Starlink is still losing money & other companies are getting billions of taxpayer $, we'll just keep funding Ukraine govt for free," Musk tweeted.
In September, SpaceX notified the US Defense Department that it would not be able to donate its services to Ukraine indefinitely and requested the US government to step in and fund them, media reported.
On Friday, Musk confirmed these reports, saying that the company cannot continue funding Starlink satellite services for Ukraine.
"PERN has restored the delivery of crude oil in the damaged pipeline," the operator said in a statement.
"On the night of October 13-14, in the Zaporozhye direction, Russian troops disrupted the preparation by the Ukrainian armed forces for a river landing operation in the area of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant," the ministry said, adding that more than 50 Ukrainian soldiers, five speedboats, two barges, five tanks, and four infantry combat vehicles were destroyed as a result of strikes by the Russian air force and artillery in the Kherson region.
"The first echelons with Russian soldiers who are part of the regional grouping of troops (forces) arrived in the Republic of Belarus," the ministry said.
"There’s nothing that gives me any reason to believe it would not be extended. Everything I’ve heard would intimate that it will not only be extended but potentially expanded," Abdulla said in an interview with Politico on Friday.
Earlier in the day, Ukrainian utility Ukrenergo said that the energy infrastructure of the Kiev region was damaged due to a missile attack on Saturday morning.
"Therefore, my request is absolutely simple — residents of Kiev and the Kiev region, please limit the use of electricity from 17:00 to 23:00 as much as possible today," Tymoshenko said on Telegram.
"Starlink is only comms [communications] system still working at warfront – others all dead. Russia is actively trying to kill Starlink. To safeguard, SpaceX has diverted massive resources towards defense. Even so, Starlink may still die," Musk said in a tweet.
"Kiev region! There was a missile strike on one of the communities of the region. All services are working, rescuers are on the site. Preliminary, there are no victims," Kuleba said on Telegram.
Ukrainian media reported on Saturday morning that air raid sirens were heard all across Ukraine.
""Attention! An air raid alert has been declared in Kiev!" the Kiev city administration said in a message on Telegram.
Air raid warnings were also issued in the Ukrainian regions of Volyn, Rovno, Ternopol, Odessa, Nikolaev, Poltava, and Sumy.
