Russian Precision Strikes on Ukraine

Earlier this month, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu made several calls to his foreign counterparts, warning that Kiev is preparing a provocation with a dirty bomb, planning to trigger a nuclear crisis and shift the blame for it to Russia.
Over the past days, the situation has been tense, as Kiev, directed by London, carried out a massive drone attack against Crimea and Russian ships in the Black Sea. Following the attack, Moscow suspended its participation in the July grain deal, which was ensuring the delivery of food and fertilizers from Ukrainian ports via Turkey.

Grain Deal Progress May Disappear Unless Russia Resumes Participation – State Dept.
The progress reached under the Black Sea grain deal can disappear unless Russia resumes its participation in the agreement, State Department spokesperson Ned Price said on Monday.
"All of that progress can disappear if Russia does not resume its participation in this," Price told a briefing.
He recalled it is not a bilateral deal between Russia and Ukraine. "This is an urgent imperative on the part of much of the world. All of the developing countries of the world need this grain," Price said.

Turkey's UN Envoy Says Trust Between Nations Can Be Easily Lost, Grain Deal Must Continue
The trust can be easily lost unless proactive steps are taken and the Black Sea Initiative must continue, the Turkish Permanent Representative to the United Nations Feridun Hadi Sinirlioglu said on Monday.
"The Black Sea Grain Initiative must continue. Trust between nations with different development levels can be easily lost unless we take proactive steps today," Sinirlioglu told Security Council members.
He also said they must overcome any difficulties that prevent full implementation of this deal.

Cavusoglu, Lavrov Discuss by Phone Situation Around Grain Deal - Turkish Foreign Ministry
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the Black Sea grain deal with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov by phone, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
On Saturday, Russia announced the suspension of participation in the export of products from the ports of Ukraine after the terrorist attack by Kiev on ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships in the waters of Sevastopol. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the preparation of the terrorist attack and the training of military personnel of the Ukrainian 73rd Special Center for Maritime Operations were carried out under the guidance of British specialists.
"Today (October 31), Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu had a phone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. During the conversation, the topics of the grain corridor, the latest developments in the Caucasus and the meeting of the 3+3 regional cooperation platform were discussed," the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that Moscow suspends traffic in grain deal corridor in Black Sea until the situation around the terrorist attack in Sevastopol is clarified.
The ministry underlined that the movement of ships in the Black Sea security corridor is unacceptable because Kiev uses it for military operations against Russia.
The statement also said that Russia, as the main participant of the grain deal, does not withdraw from it but suspends the agreements.
