Russia launched its special military operation in Ukraine in February, after Ukraine increased its attacks against the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics. President Vladimir Putin stressed that the op aimed to stop the eight-year-long war, waged by Kiev against the people of Donbass.
Russian forces have been targeting Ukraine's military and energy infrastructure with massive air strikes since October 10, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Moscow, was carried out by the Ukrainian special services.
On Friday, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said that almost half of Ukraine's energy system has not been operating due to Russia's missile strikes.

Second UN Humanitarian Convoy Delivers Supplies to Kherson
A second United Nations humanitarian convoy delivered supplies to the city of Kherson, UN spokesperson Farhan Haq said on Monday.
"Our humanitarian colleagues tell us that they successfully delivered a new interagency convoy of vital supplies to the people of Kherson today in addition of supplies that were delivered last week," Haq said during a press briefing.
The UN spokesperson noted that the 13-truck convoy prioritized the most urgent humanitarian needs of the more than 100,000 people who remain in Kherson.
Haq emphasized that Kherson residents are facing "tremendous challenges" with respect to access to food, water, electricity and healthcare.
The convoy brought enough medical kits to treat 100,000 patients, additional supplies for women’s reproductive health, along with supplies for surgery, chronic deceases and trauma, he said.
In addition, Haq said the convoy brought significant amounts of food and water as well as blankets, sleeping bags and other supplies.
"They delivered nearly 2,300 solar lamps, which will help people in Kherson to have light at home as the city is cut off from energy supply," Haq added.

Experts of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) examined the damage done to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant (ZNPP) caused by Ukraine's shelling and reported their findings to the agency, an adviser to the head of Rosenergoatom, a subsidiary of Russian state nuclear energy corporation Rosatom, Renat Karchaa, said on Monday.
"At 14:00 [local time, 11:00 GMT], the IAEA mission transmitted its report, its conclusion to the headquarters," Karchaa told the Russian Channel One broadcaster.
The official added that the experts were accompanied by highly qualified Russian ballistics specialist, who found convincing evidence that the shelling took place from the Ukrainian side.

Kiev Continues 'Playing With Fire' With its Gross, Irresponsible Provocations Against Zaporozhye NPP: Russian Foreign Ministry
Kiev is "playing with fire" by carrying out provocations against the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant (ZNPP) and resuming its shelling, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Monday.
"The Kiev regime continues to 'play with fire' by carrying out gross and irresponsible provocations against the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. After a period of calm, the Armed Forces of Ukraine resumed artillery strikes on the territory inside the perimeter of the station. Its critical infrastructure, the life and health of the people working there are under threat again," Zakharova said.
The spokeswoman added that the situation at the ZNPP after the shelling by Kiev was reaching a critical stage, which could result in a technological disaster.
"The attacks, in particular, took place on the evening of November 19, when numerous artillery strikes with 155-caliber NATO ammunition were carried out on the territory of the ZNPP. They were continued the next day, November 20, when, among other places, the sites where radioactive waste is stored were subjected to shelling. Fortunately, significant damage to the ZNPP was avoided, no radiation release occurred. But the situation was reaching a critical stage, which, quite likely, could result in a man-made disaster," Zakharova said.
