UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) - Stolen Afghan assets can now be used in different conflict areas, the Russian Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Anna Evstigneeva said on Wednesday.
"This is to say nothing about the stolen Afghan assets, which can now even be used for other purposes in other conflict areas," Evstigneeva told the Security Council members.
