Russian President Vladimir Putin called Russian strikes on targets in Ukraine effective and timely, specifying that this helps the fighters on the front line.
"Of course, they are effective, these strikes. They are timely. And, undoubtedly, this helps our fighters, our guys, our heroes on the front line to accomplish the combat tasks facing them," the president told Russian media.
