The Ukrainian armed forces have lost up to 420 soldiers, a tank, 10 vehicles, two Gvozdika self-propelled artillery systems and a UK-made L-119 howitzer, the ministry said in a statement.
In Avdeyevka region, Kiev has lost up to 295 soldiers, Russian troops repelled seven Ukrainian counterattacks, the MoD added.
"Over the past 24 hours, [Russian] air defense systems downed 270 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and six HIMARS missiles," the MoD also noted.
