"Kiev terrorists are using UAVs to attack infrastructure facilities in the city of Energodar and the area near the Zaporozhy Nuclear Power Plant. There is no power supply in the city. Currently, one person is dead," Balitsky wrote on Telegram.
The Zaporozhye nuclear facility, which has been under Russian control since March, has faced repeated shelling by militants from the Kiev regime using drones and artillery. Moscow has consistently characterized these attacks as acts of nuclear terrorism.
