“I looked and did not find. I would be interested to see a proper evaluation of how the peoples of the EU's 28 nations see matters. I am pretty certain that they do not see Russia as being a threat or as provocative. This, despite their being manipulated into a war psychosis by the West’s bought and controlled conventional media.”
Dale Monroe Keene has a different opinion:
“Perhaps they do see Russia as a threat, yet they may be seeing through the eyes of old history and the old Soviet Expansionist period. For the sake of free trade among those states, Russia and the west, let us hope it is a passing phase and that all parties involved will come to see these states as a bridge of trade and peaceful coexistence.”

“There must be alternatives to Western plutocracy in Europe. The best thing about the West has been the idea of democracy, but that idea has been corrupted after the end of Soviet Union and turned into a crude rule of plutocracy, which wants to expand now under the cover of "Russian threat". “It's seems the US, NATO want Russia to be the enemy again so bad. Russia wants peace. But when you start encouraging all those countries around Russia to become NATO satellite bases., you see why Russia feels threatened. The US and NATO caused the wars in the Balkans. It's one thing for a country to break up, when you encourage those countries to say, any minority will not be protected, then problems will arise. The Muslims, Croats and Serbs of Bosnia were going to share the country. But the US encouraged the Muslims to start that war.”
