In today’s “Looking Forward” hosts Marina Dzhashi and a prominent Russian writer Viktor Erofeyev are talking about urban development. Joining the discussion is Egor Kotov, Research Fellow at the Graduate School of Urban Studies, the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
