MOSCOW, November 25 (Sputnik) - A producer working for the RT-owned video news agency Ruptly was injured during protests in the US city of Ferguson, RT's editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan said Tuesday.
"Our producer was hurt during the unrest in Ferguson," Simonyan said on Twitter.
The producer, Lorena de la Cuesta, stated on her Twitter account that she had been hit by a tear gas canister but did not sustain serious injuries.

Protests erupted in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson after a grand jury chose not to press charges against white police officer Darren Wilson, who fatally shot unarmed African-American teenager Michael Brown in August.
