Holidays season in Moscow is a whole month when everyone focuses on celebrations and parties, expats included. It hasn't been that long since December 25th didn't mean a thing to an ordinary Russian. But today it is observed and celebrated not just by expats, but by a large Moscovite community. Christmas parties, corporate events, and just gatherings start as early as first days of December and expats make a large contribution to these annual Christmas parties.
