There are numerous factors that played into the incident in Ferguson. Trying to address one issue while ignoring the others will only lead to a misdiagnosis and thus, further complicate the problems that society faces, not only now but in the future.
The solution is to take a ground up approach. Bring the jobs back to America. Fix America’s failing economy. Give people hope for the future once again. Have the police return to community style policing, where they can put a name to a face and not just occupy territory. But the biggest step in all of this is to have the people see each other as people, and be able to speak to each other, not just talk past one another.
