“The situation as of 04:00 a.m. Kiev time [02:00 a.m. GMT]. During the four hours of ceasefire, the regime of artillery ceasefire is generally holding in the ATO [the Kiev-led anti-terrorist operation] area. During this period, the uncontrolled armed formations were shelling [the positions of Kiev forces] not systematically but locally: Chernukhino was shelled three times and Zolotoye three times… No shelling of our positions was registered during the time period from three [03:00 a.m. local time, 01:00 a.m. GMT] to four [04:00 a.m. local time, 02:00 a.m. GMT],” Vladislav Seleznyov said on Facebook.
Earlier on Sunday Seleznyov wrote that independence supporters have shelled Kiev troops nine times since the beginning of the truce.
Donbas militia officials in their turn say Kiev militants opened fire at the positions of LPR and DPR in the town of Debaltseve and near the towns of Yenakiyevo and Horlivka and the Donetsk airport.
The ceasefire between Kiev forces and Donbas independence supporters, agreed at the meeting between the leaders of Ukraine, France and Germany and Russia on February 12, entered in force at midnight, local time on February 15 (February 14, 22:00 GMT).
