Anti-Islamic hysteria continues to march across Europe. Potential terrorists are seen around every corner and almost everyone who does not fit the bill of the average European could be a potential suspect in the eyes of the police.

Armed anti-terrorist police units were called to an apartment in Vienna, Austria after a bailiff reported having seen some Arabic writing and a flag there, which he thought belonged to ISIL, The Local reports.

Initially, the bailiff decided to enter the apartment because the tenants did not pay their phone bill. But once the bailiff entered the apartment, he saw some writing in Arabic and an ISIL-like flag in the hallway. He quickly called the police, who then stormed the apartment.

The police arrested four men between the ages of 18 and 21, who had nothing to do with the ISIL or extremism. The Arabic writing and the flag had some religious meaning to them and were not related to the ISIL at all.

The police would have looked unprofessional and their actions a total failure, if the tenants were not using the apartment as a drug lab, trying to manufacture crystal meth.

“We did find some chemicals which suggest the tenants had been trying to make crystal meth, and evidence that drug addicts have been living in the apartment,” said Vienna police spokesman Thomas Keiblinger, as quoted by The Local.
