Earlier in the day, the Russian Emergency Ministry announced that it will send an additional humanitarian aid convoy to the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk from Moscow region’s Noginsk rescue center via the Rostov Region on Tuesday.
"I haven't been informed yet about the next convoy. I have not seen the official documents, but our reaction will be the same as always," Evegeny Perebiynis said on 112 Ukraina television channel.
"We are not going to participate in its registration. We will urge Russia, if it appeals to us with an appropriate note, not to make such delivery of a humanitarian convoy in defiance of international regulations and Ukrainian legislation," Perebiynis told the local TV channel.
On February 20, 30 trucks from Russia's Emergency Ministry with over 200 tons of humanitarian aid were delivered by Moscow to eastern Ukraine.
Russia has been providing humanitarian assistance to the war-torn Donbas region since August 2014. In total, the ravaged regions of Ukraine have received more than 20,000 tons of relief aid from Russia.
