The symbolic Nazi manifesto has been prohibited from publishing for more than 70 years. The opponents of the idea to start publishing it again say that it’s potentially dangerous given the rise of anti-Semitic attitudes in Europe, others see the book as a way to study history that shouldn’t be repeated again. A new annotated version of the book will be published by Germany’s institute for contemporary history at the end of 2015 when the ban expires.

The idea has sparked a lot of debate and controversy in German society already.
