An explosion at an apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Odessa could be a terrorist attack, police said, according to media reports.
There was no immediate word on casualties in the blast that ripped through a ground floor of the three-story apartment building in Odessa early in the morning on Thursday.
The building is reportedly owned by the Ukrainian ultra-nationalist movement Right Sector.
Police have opened a criminal case in connection with the explosion, which damaged several cars parked near the house.
