RIGA (Sputnik) — Positive developments in southeast Ukraine may lead the way toward the easing of anti-Russia sanctions, Luxembourg's Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn said Saturday.
"I think you have to be realistic and optimistic. I can imagine the sanctions decided on earlier will continue… If we move in the right direction in eastern Ukraine, you need to think about rolling back sanctions," Asselborn said following an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers.
