Boris Nemtsov was mysteriously gunned down just a stone’s throw away from the Kremlin. Russians and foreigners alike united in decrying this savage act of violence, however, they differed over their speculation as to who carried out the murder. While investigation is far from being completed, the West intent to blame the Russian government.
Victor Mizin, Deputy Director, Institute for Strategic Assessment (Moscow), Paul Grenier, an independent writer in the US, who worked for the Pentagon, State Department and World Bank as a Russian interpreter (Washington).
