“I think that the next European Parliament’s proposition will be the international administration of the Russian Armed Forces. Dreamers,” Markin wrote in his Twitter.
Earlier on Thursday, members of the European Parliament adopted a resolution by a majority of votes, calling for an independent international investigation into Nemtsov’s murder.
Vladimir Markin said that the Investigative Committee together with the Russian Federal Security Service and the country's interior ministry will do everything possible to ensure that the murder is solved.
