The policy of sanctions that the European Union carries out under the US' pressure works for the destruction of Europe, Polish newspaper Obserwator Polityczny reported.

"The policy of economic, political and personal sanctions against the Russian Federation, implemeted by the EU together with the US is a policy of Europe's destruction. Its aim — permanent deterioration of social, economic and political relations between the European Union and Russia. The United States benefits the most from this policy as the absence of turnover with Russia weakens Europe, while China is quickly getting the energy potential of Russia."

In addition, the Polish columnist believes that "Ukrainian experiment has failed", and the Ukrainian leadership's incompetency is to be blamed for the chaos in the country as Kiev does not want to carry out necessary reforms.

"The European Union is involved in the implementation of not exactly known whose interests in Ukraine, joining the US' sanctions against Russia."

The position of Brussels, as suggested by the author, is "the best gift to China" because of the country's companies are replacing European representatives on the Russian market, and it is profitable given the plan to recreate the Silk Road project.

"Why should we impose sanctions on Russia, which are harmful to us in the first place? While Russia signs tens of framework agreements with China, India and other developing countries with huge potential in about two months in a row," Obserwator Polityczny wrote.
