MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Starting next week, flowers from the Netherlands may only be brought into Russia after undergoing a laboratory examination, Russia's agricultural watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor said Tuesday.
"The decision on the possibility of importing cut flowers from the Netherlands to the Russian Federation will, starting August 10, be made only after a laboratory examination of their phytosanitary state," the watchdog said.
