“We need to look forward, beyond the boundaries of the management crisis the world is now going through, and ask ourselves about the role Russia is playing in the present-day world order,” Frank-Walter Steinmeier told a gathering of foreign ambassadors in Berlin.
“I don’t know what the global security architecture will look like 15 years from now. All I know is that there can be no European order without Russia,” the minister added
"Just like our American partners say, Russia’s participation is paramount in our efforts to resolve many of these crises, above all the one in Syria,” Steinmeier emphasized.
