MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Salehi, this plan will include commercialization of the nuclear sector of the Iranian economy and the construction of small nuclear power stations in the south of the country.
On July 14, the nuclear deal was reached between Iran and the P5+1 group of countries, comprising Russia, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. It ensures the peaceful nature of Tehran’s nuclear program in exchange for international sanctions relief.
“A 15-year-long plan is being compiled and the plan will be reviewed every 5 years,” Salehi said at a nuclear site in the central Iranian province of Qom, as quoted by the Iranian Fars News Agency.
