MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Kabul police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi, cited by the TOLOnews network, the incident happened at about 9:10 a.m. local time (04:30 GMT) near busy market in central part of the city.
The media added that no group had claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack so far.
The US-led NATO mission formally ended its International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) combat operations in Afghanistan on December 31, 2014, transitioning to a non-combat mission in the country.
