MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev to make a three-day working trip to South Africa and Angola next week to discuss global security issues, the Security Council said Sunday.
Russia’s senior security official will hold a series of talks with Angolan and South African authorities in Luanda and Pretoria respectively between November 23 and 25. "The trip will be made on the Russian President’s order," the Council stressed.
