Several locations in Berlin and the eastern German state of Saxony were searched by law enforcement on Thursday, the Federal Prosecutor's Office said.
Investigators were trying to hunt down three suspects, all of whom had previously been charged with planning a terror act with the use of explosives in the capital and establishing a terrorist group.
According to the Federal Prosecutor's Office, no suspects were detained during this raid. Similar raids were carried out in mid-October and were unsuccessful as well. One of suspects is thought to be working with the Daesh (ISIL) terror group, recruiting new members for the extremist organization.
