KIEV (Sputnik) — There is no doubt Ukraine must become a member of NATO, and this is the main goal of the country's defense reform, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said Tuesday.
"I will begin with Ukraine's geopolitical and strategic goal, which, of course, is Ukraine joining the European Union — our entire reform program is aimed at this… There is no doubt that Ukraine should become a member of NATO, and this is the main goal of the defense and security reform," Yatsenyuk told reporters.
