"The Council of Ministers adopted a Strategy for combating radicalization and terrorism (2015-2020) and plan for its implementation," the statement said.
According to the statement, the main aims of the strategy are to prevent radicalization of individuals and groups, to minimize the effects of terror activities, to prosecute the perpetrators of the attacks as well as to struggle with expansion of terrorist ideas and with recruitment of members to terrorist groups.
The international community is currently on high alert in the wake of the deadly attacks in the French capital, explosion on board a Russian Kogalymavia-operated A-321 airliner and the spike of violence in many other regions of the world incited and committed by radicals, extremists and terrorists.
