“The overall amount so far is estimated in the area of 100 billion rubles,” Dvorkovich told journalists.
The anti-crisis funds are to be used to support Russia’s main areas of the economy, including agriculture, the auto industry, and construction.
Russia's $1.25 billion anti-crisis plan envisions oil prices to hover at $20 to $40 per barrel, Arkady Dvorkovich said.
"We see prices at around $30 per barrel, give or take. They may go down or increase for some time. But I think that we are talking about figures between $20 and $40 per barrel," Dvorkovich told reporters.
The deputy prime minister said the price range was in line with expert and official estimates.
The anti-crisis funds will be tapped into to support Russia's agriculture, auto industry and construction, among other key areas of the economy.
