BEIJING (Sputnik) – According to The Beijing Times newspaper, the fire occurred late on Saturday evening in a village in the Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.
At least 60 houses adjacent to each other and made of wood were affected by the fire that was extinguished a few hours later.
The cause of the incident is reportedly being established. Rescuers are working on the scene.
