MOSCOW (Sputnik), Anastasia Levchenko — The remote location of the town in the US state of Washington in which two allegedly Russian boys were shot makes the investigation more time-consuming, head of the Russian Consulate General in Seattle Andrey Yushmanov told Sputnik on Saturday.
According to Yushmanov, a team from the Consulate will reveal new information on the case when it arrives in the town.
"It is 40 kilometers [25 miles] away from Seattle, but it is a town across the bay, on a peninsula, so you can only get there if you make a big detour on the ground which takes a long time, or take a ferry to an island, and then again go to the mainland. Therefore, you cannot expect the information from our personnel on the site to be sent quickly," Yushmanov said.
