MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the AzerNews newspaper, earlier in the day, the delegation headed by Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Thani arrived in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku with an official visit.
The newspaper added that the sides had signed a set of intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in customs, transport, financial, agricultural, education and legal spheres.
Doha and Baku also established the Joint Economic, Trade and Technical Commission and agreed to introduce a visa-free regime for the countries' diplomats, the newspaper added.
