MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Erdogan will arrive in Azerbaijan for a meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan High Level Strategic Cooperation Council, the local news agency Trend said Saturday.
The Turkish leader was expected to be accompanied on his Central Asia trip by several ministers and Turkey’s top brass.
The February 17 car bomb explosion outside a military housing complex in Ankara killed 28 people and injured 61. Turkish authorities blamed the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) in nearby northern Syria for the attack.
