BERLIN (Sputnik) – Berlin sees potential in the progress of the political settlement in Syria after Russia decided to partially withdraw its Aerospace Forces from the country, German Foreign Ministry spokesman Sawsan Shibli said Wednesday.
“We see the potential for positive progress in the political process,” Shibli told journalists, adding “We hope that Russia will continue in the future to participate constructively in solving the conflict.”
