MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Heavy winds continue to blow at the launching pad and are hampering the installation of the rocket to the starting complex.
“An operative meeting was held by the technical management on installing the Soyuz-FG on the starting complex. Monitoring will continue on the current weather conditions and forecasts so that an operative decision is taken on the erection of the carrier rocket. Information on continuing the work according to the launch schedule will be dispersed after 7:00 p.m. Moscow time,” the spokesman said.
