MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, a Boeing 737-800 operated by Dubai-based budget carrier FlyDubai crashed in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don killing all 62 people on board.
"Under the direction of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, Boeing is launching a team and will serve as technical advisor to the investigating authority in charge, the Russian Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC)," the statement read.
