WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Obama will discuss the efforts against the terrorists with members of the US-led coalition against Daesh, CNN reported.

The Nuclear Security Summit will take place at the Washington Convention Center from March 31 to April 1, and will be attended by more than 50 world leaders, including US allies France, Belgium, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

The summit will take place following deadly terrorist attacks in the Belgian capital Brussels on Tuesday. Two suicide blasts hit the departures hall of Brussels' Zaventem international airport and an explosion shook a subway carriage at the Maelbeek station, close to the EU institutions. Daesh terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attacks.

The deadly terror attacks in Brussels on Tuesday claimed the lives of at least 31 people and injured over 300.
