MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Belgian Interior Ministry's Coordination Unit for Threat Analysis (OCAM) announced on Tuesday it would maintain the national terrorist threat alert level one notch below the highest possible on a four-level scale.
"OCAM confirms and reiterates that the current threat level is set to 3, which means that the threat is serious and credible," Belgium's Crisis Center wrote on Twitter.
L’OCAM confirme et rappelle que le niveau de menace actuel est fixé à 3, ce qui signifie que la menace est grave et vraisemblable.

Belgium raised its terror alert to the highest fourth following terrorist attacks in the Brussels' Zaventem airport and in the subway on Tuesday that killed 35 people and injured over 300.
On March 24, the Belgian crisis center lowered the national terrorist threat alert level from the fourth to the third two days after a series of deadly blasts.
