MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Nevertheless, Russia would continue its call for international dialogue to discuss strategic tasks, common to all countries.
"The evaluation of the world's health today, given by politicians and experts, is not improving from year to year. On the contrary, so far it has not been possible to overcome the trend of the growing potential for conflict in international relations," Lavrov said at the fifth Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS).
Earlier in the day, the two-day MCIS started in Moscow. The agenda of the MCIS includes global terrorism, as well as security challenges in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe and Central Asia.
