NOVOSIBIRSK (Sputnik) — Russia's State Commission for Arctic Development has decided to create a special range to test all technologies set to be used in the Arctic zone, Russian Deputy Prime Minister and the commission's head Dmitry Rogozin said Thursday.
"Today, we decided to create a federal Arctic testing range, which will test all technologies, all products that are labeled as developed for the Arctic," Rogozin said at the Technoprom international technological development forum in Novosibirsk.
Rogozin did not specify where the range would be located.
