MOSCOW (Sputnik) — P5+1 countries and Iran will hold a meeting in Vienna on July 20 to settle the technical issues of the establishment of the committee on fuel manufacturing in the Islamic Republic, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said.
"Two weeks ago in Vienna, we have held the first expert meeting on the subject. We agreed to present the preparations for the beginning of the work of this committee and to approve the work plan for the committee at the next meeting of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action [JCPOA] commission, which will be held on July 20," Araghchi told Sima 2 TV channel in an interview.
He did not specify the precise tasks of the committee.
On July 14, 2015, the P5+1 group of countries, consisting of the United States, Russia, China, France and the United Kingdom plus Germany, and Iran, reached the JCPOA to ensure the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program in return for sanctions relief.
