MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin and Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov held a phone talk Friday, discussing joint energy projects, the Kremlin press service said.
"On August 5, 2015, at the initiative of the Bulgarian side, a phone talk was held between President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Boyko Borissov. Topical bilateral cooperation issues were discussed, with an emphasis on the implementation of joint energy projects," the press service said.
