Russia Always Opposes Unconstitutional Actions - Putin on Turkey Coup Attempt
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Simsek, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Culture Minister Nabi Avcı, Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekci, Agriculture Minister Faruk Celik, Energy Minister Berat Albayrak and the deputy chairman of Turkey's ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), Mehdi Eker, are also named by the Hurriyet daily newspaper as members of the Turkish delegation.

The presidents of the two countries are meeting in the Russian city of St. Petersburg on Tuesday for the first time since the downing of a Russian Su-24 aircraft in November 2015.

The ongoing meeting in Russia’s second-largest city is focused on the restoration of relations with Turkey, as Ankara and Moscow ended seven months of strained relations in late June when Erdogan wrote a letter to Putin, in which he apologized for the incident in November.
