According to the statement, Eurostar will operate according to a normal schedule on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
However, on Sunday four trains have been cancelled (two Paris to London, two London to Paris), while on Monday two trains have been cancelled (one Paris to London and one London to Paris service).
Earlier this week, the RMT and TSSA unions announced their intention to hold a three-day strike starting from Friday, August 12. Later, the unions called off the strike saying they had achieved some progress in talks with Eurostar, which are being held of British railway workers’ concerns regarding their work schedule.
Eurostar is a high-speed railway service. Its trains run through Channel Tunnel between the United Kingdom and France, connecting London with Avignon, Brussels, Lille, Lyon, Marseille and Paris.
