Chevron Victory in Ecuador Pollution Case | US Arms Sales in Saudi Arabia

The Chevron Corporation will no longer have to pay-out $9.5 Billion for pollution in Ecuador, but opponents have vowed to fight on regardless; and we examine attempts within the US Senate to curb future arms sales in Saudi Arabia.

Today’s main stories: The US oil giant Chevron have won a ruling in a federal appeals court, which means they won't be required to pay-out billions of dollars over pollution allegations in Ecuador.  Whilst this technically marks the end of a decades’ long legal battle — Chevron's opponents are adamant that their fight continues. We speak with the Associate Director of Amazon Watch, Paul Paz y Miño.

As the Saudi lead coalition in Yemen intensifies, with reports of 14 Yemeni children being killed in air strikes on Saturday, we look at attempts within the American senate to challenge further arms sales to the gulf kingdom. We talk to Lindsey German from Stop the War Coalition.
