Clinton Cancels California Trip due to Health Issues
06:29 GMT 12.09.2016 (Updated: 11:14 GMT 06.08.2022) US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton canceled her campaign trip to the coastal US state of California due to health problems, her spokesman, Nick Merrill, said.
MOSCOW, September 12 (Sputnik) — Hours after Clinton felt unwell at the 9/11 commemoration ceremony in New York City on Sunday, her personal physician revealed that she had pneumonia.
"Secretary Clinton will not be traveling to California tomorrow or Tuesday," Merrill was quoted by Los Angeles Times later that day.

According to the newspaper, Clinton was expected to meet with fundraisers and to tape an appearance on a TV show during her two-day trip to California.
Sunday marked the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York's World Trade Center and the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
