Tell, Don't Show: Russian Facebook Users Get Back at Watchdog for Pornhub Ban
The X-rated antics of the frolicsome machine were not lost on antivirus pioneer John McAfee, who immediately tweeted a photo of the porn-surfing device.

“The [internet of things]…. do you believe me now?” wrote McAfee — a cybersecurity expert and the head of the global computer security software company of his own name. “Pornhub on a  refrigerator. What, in our current cybersecurity paradigm, accounts for this?”

The photograph quickly went viral on 9gag and Reddit with users commenting about a fridge being the last thing they would go to to watch butts and that buying a smart machine just to watch porn flics simply made no sense.

This is not the first case of advanced home electronics going ape.

In August, Andrew Tierney and Ken Munro, cybersecurity experts from Britain’s Pen Test Partners company, demoed a virus capable of hacking into smart thermostats and radically changing home temperatures from extreme lows to extreme highs, causing great inconvenience to homeowners and possible damage to thermostats.

The ransomware effectively locked the users out and displayed a demand for one bitcoin to make things right again.
