NEW DELHI (Sputnik) — The two-day event, organized by the World Economic Forum (WEF) together with the Confederation of Indian Industry, will explore how to "collectively shape policies for inclusive growth and harness the Fourth Industrial Revolution," according to WEF.
The summit at the Taj Palace Hotel will serve as a platform to engage WEF’s global multistakeholder community for action to boost India’s economic growth while encouraging fundamental reforms and digital transformation.
The meeting’s inaugural session was attended by Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, who urged India to integrate more with its South Asian neighbors, which account only for 5 percent of its total exports.
