Russia, Turkey Can Involve Third Parties in Turkish Stream Pipeline
Russia's Gazprom and Turkey's Botas energy companies can involve new participants and third-party financing in carrying out the Turkish Stream gas pipeline project, a Russian government decree on signing an intergovernmental agreement published Tuesday states.
11 October 2016, 09:17 GMT
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The decree states that a joint venture decision can attract third-party resources into the Turkish Stream's offshore section, while Gazprom can unilaterally attract third-party resources to its offshore section.
Russia and Turkey signed on Monday an intergovernmental agreement on a gas pipeline for deliveries of Russian natural gas to Turkey and Eastern Europe.
